✦ I reserve myself the right to decline an order without clarifying.

✦ Making any profits out of my original art or design without having paid commercial rights is prohibited.
✦ Make sure to credit me if you’re gonna post the artwork.
✦ Altering or editing the received art in any way is prohibited.
✦ I am not responsible if you didn’t read my T.O.S. before ordering.

commercial rights

✦ Standard commercial rights apply additional surcharge of 80-100% of the original agreed cost of the commission.

payment

✦ Payment is upfront, through PayPal invoicing only.
✦ No chargeback under any circumstances.
✦ No refund after work has been started.
✦ I will take responsibilities and issue refund if I’m unable to complete the order.
✦ If you want any discount, refer to my Ko-Fi.
✦ You can ask me for a price quote before committing.
✦ I accept payment plans for orders above 500€. I may not always be able to accept it if I’m short on money but I try my best to make clients comfortable.
✦ Tips are unnecessary but appreciated !

process

✦ After payment, I will start the sketch and send it in 1-2 business days.✦ I will send you an update at each stage for approval. I will pause work until I receive a response.✦ You may request up to 3 revisions at each stage.✦ If the revisions are time consumming (redrawing the pose, the whole face, etc.) I will charge an extra fee

✦ Once the piece is finished, I will send the full size PNG image.s via a private Google drive link.✦ If you have specific size needs please let me know ahead. I usually work in 3000x3000px 600 dpi.✦ The average delivery time is about 1 month, but it may vary depending on the current number of commissions I’m working on, or the complexity of your order.✦ I will not be responsible if your file is missing after 6 months. Make sure to inform me if you will need any type of variant or add-ons in the future so that I can keep it!✦ Please refer to my waitlist to see the current commission progress.
